Whats new in the Honda world..
2022 Crf 250R
eta July 2021
In order to achieve the design goals of increased power and improved durability, the CRF250R’s 249cc
liquid-cooled, single-cylinder, double-overhead camshaft four-valve engine is significantly updated,
boosting low rpm torque is through modification of the air intake, revised valve timing and a straightened
exhaust port with single exhaust header and muffler. Together, the changes deliver a 20% increase in
power at 6,500 rpm, while still strong top-end power is retained. Meanwhile, the chassis—already
exemplary on the previous generation—borrows heavily from that of the latest-generation CRF450R,
resulting in reduced vehicle weight. The redesigned frame has optimized flex characteristics, whereas
the modern bodywork facilitates rider movement and is more easily removed. The combination results in
reliable tracking, precise turning, exemplary straight-line stability and overall rideability, thanks in part to
a 3 kg lighter vehicle weight.
2022 Crf 250RX
eta July 2021
For 2022, this bona fide closed-course off-road weapon is new, with the same upgrades as the
motocross-focused CRF250R. Those changes, which result in reduced weight, increased low-end power
and better durability, are particularly well suited to closed-course off-road series such as the NGPC,
GNCC and WORCS—the realms of top teams like SLR Honda, JCR Honda and Phoenix Racing Honda.
Making the bike even better suited for those applications, the CRF250RX comes standard with modelspecific
features such as a resin 7.9 litre fuel tank, dedicated suspension and ECU settings, an 18-inch
rear wheel and plastic hand guards.
2022 Z 125 MA
eta Sept 2021
A hit with both the new generation of enthusiasts and nostalgic riders seeking a trip down memory lane
(its heritage extends back to 1961, when the original version was used in a Honda-owned Japanese
amusement park called Tama Tech), the Monkey oozes fun and charm in a pintsize package. Now, for
the first time, the Monkey is available in Canada and comes with a fifth gear for more comfortable
cruising, thanks to a new, modern engine with a wider spread of gear ratios and a 37-tooth final-drive
sprocket (previously 34). The changes provide not only peppy acceleration from low speeds but
increased top speed as well. The 124cc two-valve, overhead-cam, air-cooled engine has an undersquare
design, with a narrower bore and longer stroke
2021 CMX 1100 Rebel
eta March 2021
The CMX1100 Rebel has a dual personality. It has been designed for a leisurely laidback cruise, but also to offer an exciting riding experience when a twisty road presents itself. Riders moving up from smaller bikes will appreciate the manageable dimensions and weight (seat height is a mere 700mm), while more experienced riders will find instant, accessible enjoyment from the chassis’ handling potential, with its stiff
tubular steel frame, quality naked bike-spec suspension and high-powered braking.
All-comers will love the character and performance of the 1,084cc parallel twin-cylinder engine (originally used on the CRF1100L Africa Twin), which has been re-tuned for super-strong bottom and mid-range
punch and character, plus an evocative, enhanced exhaust note. Throttle By Wire management brings with it sophisticated rider aids: there are 3 default riding modes with a cluster of different parameters to
suit riding conditions or rider mood, including engine power delivery, engine braking, the level of Honda Selectable Torque Control and Wheelie Control, and the shift schedule of the optional Dual Clutch
Transmission technology. Cruise control comes as standard.
2021 CRF 300L & Rally
eta March 2021
Now 286cc, the CRF300L’s new engine produces 10% more peak power and 18% more peak torque. Inlet cam timing has been revised, alongside both air intake and exhaust system for much stronger midrange
torque and power. Gear ratios 1-5 are shorter, for improved response, while 6th is taller for more relaxed high-speed cruising. An assist/slipper clutch now manages the rear wheel under hard downshifts and offers 20% less load at the lever.
A redesigned steel frame, aluminum swingarm and bottom yoke are major contributors to a 5 kg overall weight loss and feature revised rigidity balance for feedback and feel. Steering geometry has been
adjusted in detail to match, alongside longer travel front/rear suspension and increased ground clearance. Sharp-edged bodywork features a slimmer tank and seat, and a new positive LCD instrument display.
The riding position, too, has been altered to encourage the light steering maneuverability needed offroad and, just as usefully, around town.
2022 MSX 125 Grom
eta June 2021
The Grom will now be available in two trims.
Added to the lineup is anABS version. A few other highlights include revised body styling, new 5 spoke cast aluminum rims,
5-speed transmission, revised headlight and LCD dash with rev and gear position indicators.
2021 NC 750X
eta June 2021
New exterio design wiht an updated sportier engine. Some highlights include, new frame with 6kg weight reduction,
lowered seat (30mm), new LED lights, up-frontstorage space increased by 1L,
Throttle by Wire to manage performance with 3pre-set riding modes and 1 rider mode available in both manual and DCT.
2021 CB 1000R
eta June 2021
